Perfect location near the port, old town, and museums. Quiet room with good shutters and glazing. Friendly and professional staff provided helpful information. I recently stayed at this hotel in the old center of the city, and I must say it was a wonderful experience. the location was absolutely perfect - within walking distance to all the important tourist attractions. It was also situated in an old Napoli palace, which added to its charm. The attention to detail in the rooms, with the old wooden ceiling and gorgeous design, made it feel like a truly authentic Italian experience. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided great service. The basic amenities were all present, and I especially enjoyed the traditional Italian breakfast with its fresh homemade products and typical items. It was a great value for money, considering the prices in this city.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is within walking distance of the historical center and close to the seaside. You can easily explore all the attractions in Naples without needing to take public transportation or taxis. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious compared to other European standards. The staff provided exceptional service, offering recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from.
The hotel is situated in a rundown area on a side street with lots of graffiti, giving it a somewhat rough and unsafe appearance.
